Brown Butter Salad Dressing
A new, fresh take on your typical salad dressing.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over high heat. Make sure to constantly as it begins to foam, about 1-2 minutes until it browns.
Step 2
Stir a few more times to make sure it browns evenly. Remove from heat and add avocado oil. Set it aside to cool slightly.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk maple syrup, vinegar, and mustard. While stirring, slowly drizzle the butter mixture. Whisk everything together again until it becomes creamier in texture.
Step 4
Store the dressing at room temperature and enjoy on salads.
