Healthy avocado toast featuring smoked salmon.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Roast the tomato, remove from oven.
Step 3
Add the avocado pulp, chopped cilantro, salt and fresh lemon. Mix well.
Step 4
Spread the bread with avocado butter and toast well.
Step 5
Remove from oven and spread creamy tomato guacamole on the bread.
Step 6
Top with smoked salmon and garnish with thinly sliced red onion.
