Avocado Souffle

Don’t be intimidated, this creamy treat recipe is easier than it looks!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 230C and prepare 4 medium-sized ramekins.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine avocado pulp, lime zest, and vanilla. Blend well.
Step 4
In a separate larger bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in avocado and gently mix until combined.
Step 5
Pipe out the avocado filling into the ramekins carefully so as not to overfill them. Sprinkle some chocolate chips if desired.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes or until puffed up. Serve immediately and enjoy!
