Avocado Mushroom Toast

Combine the creaminess of nature’s butter with the earthiness of mushrooms for the perfect breakfast toast.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Over medium heat, add oil. Add the garlic and stir for about a minute before pouring the mushrooms. Cover the pan with a lid and let mushrooms cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Remove lid and season with salt and pepper. Toss the mushrooms and add balsamic vinegar. Finally, turn the heat to high to burn off excess liquid. Make sure to toss or stir continuously to avoid burning them.
Step 4
In a bowl, add avocado and lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 5
Toast bread slices and spread avocado on top. Then, top them off with warm mushrooms. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
