Avocado-Mango Ice Cream

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp halfway.
Step 2
Add avocado, mango chunks, coconut milk solids, and condensed milk in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add lime juice and zest. Blend and add salt to taste. Adjust to your preference with more or less lime juice and zest along the way.
Step 4
Place the mixture in an airtight container and freeze overnight or for at least 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
