Avo-Devilled Eggs
Adding creamy avocado to a classic dish for a deliciously smooth and healthy snack!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
To prep the eggs cut them lengthwise into halves. Scoop out the yolks and set them aside.
Step 3
Break up the egg yolk using a fork and place them in a large mixing bowl. Combine avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Finally, stir in cilantro, peppers, and chives.
Step 4
Start filling the eggs. Scoop a generous amount of the avocado mixture and fill each well with the hard-boiled egg halves.
Step 5
Garnish with chives. Serve and enjoy!
