Edgell frozen Vegetables are the perfect addition for dishes like curries, stews and casseroles. Easy to store and have on hand for when required.
Instructions:
Step 1
Marinate chicken in curry powder, fish sauce, chicken booster, sugar, lemongrass and garlic.
Step 2
Combine coconut milk with 300ml water.
Step 3
Sauté chicken in oil. Add frozen Edgell Onion, frozen Edgell Bite-Sized Vegetables, 750ml water and simmer. Once the vegetables are cooked pour in coconut milk.
Step 4
Cook noodles following packet directions.
Step 5
Serve curry with cooked noodles and sliced bread. Garnish with herbs and lime wedges.
