10 seeded bread rolls, cut in half
200ml mayonnaise
200g rocket leaves
1kg Edgell Sweet Potato Chips, cooked following packet directions

Instructions:

Build roll. Spread mayonnaise on rolls, top with rocket and Edgell Sweet Potato Chips.
