Tender squid tubes, stuffed with Mediterranean style rice, paired with a rich red wine tomato sauce.
Instructions:
Step 1
Combine filling ingredients and fill Topsail Squid Tubes.
Step 2
Sous vide squid at 58° for 2 hours or until cooked.
Step 3
Meanwhile, Sauté onion, paprika and bay leaves. Add wine, Leggo's Sauce and simmer.
Step 4
Panfry squid until golden brown, serve sliced over a bed of red wine sauce.
