Soy Caramel Calamari Salad With Grilled Pineapple

Crispy Captain's Catch Calamari tossed in a delicious caramel sauce and serves with a fresh salad.
Instructions:
CARAMEL
Step 1
Add the sugar into a heavy based saucepan and heat until a caramel forms.
Step 2
Add the ginger, soy sauce, water and chilli. Set aside to cool.
SALAD
Step 3
Blanch Edgell Corn following packet directions. Thinly slice the pineapple and char grill, set aside.
Step 4
Combine cos lettuce, capsicum, spring onion, corn and coriander.
Step 5
Cook frozen Captain's Catch Calamari following packet directions and toss in the caramel sauce.
Step 6
Place the pineapple on the base and layer the salad and calamari on top.
