A colourful lunch bowl with crunchy salt & pepper squid and charred corn kernels.
Instructions:
Step 1
Cook I&J Squid following packet directions.
Step 2
Spoon rice in base of serving bowls and arrange cooked squid, charred corn, cucumber, capsicum, spinach and red onion in neat sections on top.
Step 3
To serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with coriander. Serve with lime wedges.
