Instructions:
Step 1
Cook Edgell Plant Based Schnitzels following packet directions.
Step 2
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, season to taste then toss through remaining slaw ingredients.
Step 3
Cut buns in half and grill both sides. Top with slaw and schnitzel. Drizzle with extra slaw dressing if desired. Cover with bun lids and serve with chips.
