Instructions:
Step 1
Sauté onion, carrot, celery and garlic until softened. Add Edgell Plant Based Mince and cook, stirring to break up lumps.
Step 2
Reduce heat and stir in Leggo’s Sauce, cook until sauce thickens slightly. Season to taste.
Step 3
Serve over pasta, with parmesan and basil leaves.
