Delicate panko-crumbed whiting strips paired with a fresh mango, corn, coriander and cannellini bean salsa.
Instructions:
Step 1
To make dressing combine onion, garlic, orange and lime juice in a bowl, whisk in oil and set aside.
Step 2
Chargrill Edgell Corn Cobettes and set aside to cool. Remove kernels from cob.
Step 3
Combine corn, cannellini beans, mango, chilli, coriander and dressing.
Step 4
Cook frozen I&J Fish following packet directions. Serve 3 portions of fish per serving with mango salad.
