Sweet potato chips topped with smoky pork, kimchi, cheese and mayonnaise.
Instructions:
Step 1
Pan fry kaiserfleisch.
Step 2
Roughly chop kimchi and toss though kaiserfleisch.
Step 3
Cook frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Chips following packet directions. Add paprika and toss.
Step 4
Immediately top chips with cheese, kimchi mix and daikon. Drizzle with mayonnaise, top with spring onion and serve.
