Instructions:
Step 1
In a blender add Edgell Four Bean Mix, garlic and lime juice. Combine until smooth.
Step 2
Cut tortillas in half, char grill and keep warm.
Step 3
Cook frozen I&J Fish Fingers following packet directions.
Step 4
Spread bean mixture over each tortilla half. Top with sliced avocado, fish, grated cheese and roll into a cone shape.
