A simple to prepare vegetarian curry enriched with chick peas.
Instructions:
Step 1
Sauté frozen Edgell Onion, potatoes, curry powder, sugar, ginger and garlic.
Step 2
Add Edgell Chick Peas, frozen Edgell Vegetables and Leggo’s Sauce. Bring to simmer.
Step 3
Add coconut milk, bring to the heat then stir in spinach.
