Eggs baked in mashed potato and served with Turkish bread.
Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare Edgell Mash Potato following packet instructions.
Step 2
Place 50g of mash into the bottom of a 1 cup capacity jar.
Step 3
Crack an egg onto the mash.
Step 4
Screw the lid on until finger tight.
Step 5
Cook in a combi oven set to steam at 67°C for 40 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with chives. Serve with toasted Turkish bread.
