Shredded green papaya salad tossed through palm sugar, lime juice and fish sauce dressing served with coconut crumbed prawns.
Instructions:
1. Combine papaya, tomatoes, bean shoots, carrot, coriander and spring onions.
2. Combine dressing ingredients. Toss through salad.
3. Cook frozen I&J Prawns following packet directions and arrange on salad.
