Chicken With Lemon & Herb Sauce

Chicken pieces cooked in a cream sauce with lemon and herbs, served on soft polenta with bite-sized vegetables.
Instructions:
Step 1
Steam Edgell Bite-Sized Vegetables following packet directions. Set aside.
Step 2
Brown chicken in butter, add flour and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Combine lemon zest, juice, mustard, oil, stock and garlic. Add to chicken, season to taste and slow cook in oven at 130°C.
Step 5
Add herbs and cream to sauce and serve with vegetables on soft polenta.
