A classic niçoise salad, elevated with chargrilled tuna steaks.

Ingredients

10 frozen Topsail Tuna Portions, thawed
600g baby chat potatoes, halved & roasted
10 soft boiled eggs
700g green beans, blanched
350g mini roma tomatoes, halved
45g can John West Anchovies in Olive Oil, drained
350g pitted black olives
Vinaigrette, for dressing

Instructions:

1. Chargrill Topsail Tuna portions until cooked.

2. Arrange salad ingredients on serving plates. Drizzle over dressing.

3. Top with tuna steak and serve.
