Switch out bread with these cheesy cauliflower waffles, served with smoked salmon, sour cream and a beetroot relish.
Instructions:
BEETROOT RELISH
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to boil and reduce until thickened.
Step 2
Cool and serve with waffles topped with sour cream, Top Sail Salmon and dill.

Pulse Edgell Cauliflower until the consistency of rice.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and combine well.

Spoon the mixture into pre heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
