Cauliflower Waffles with Smoked Salmon & Beetroot Relish

Switch out bread with these cheesy cauliflower waffles, served with smoked salmon, sour cream and a beetroot relish.
Instructions:
Beetroot relish
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to boil and reduce until thickened.
2. Cool and serve with waffles topped with sour cream, Top Sail Salmon and dill.
Method
1. Pulse Edgell Cauliflower until the consistency of rice.
2. Add remaining ingredients and combine well.
3. Spoon the mixture into pre heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
