Cauli Rice Miso Salmon

A Japanese style poké bowl with miso glazed salmon, fresh sliced veggies and mirin tossed cauliflower rice.
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen Edgell Cauliflower Rice following packet directions.
2. Stir ½ the mirin through cooked veggie rice and season to taste.
3. Combine remaining mirin and miso. Add salmon and toss to coat. Cook in a hot oven until caramelised.
4. Top veggie rice with avocado, edamame, radish and cooked salmon. Sprinkle with furikake seasoning. Serve with dressing on the side.
