Caramelised Brussels Sprouts With Anchovy Butter

Cooking Brussels sprouts in anchovy butter until caramelised creates umami flavour bombs!
Instructions:
1. Cut Edgell Brussels Sprouts in half.
2. Process butter, anchovies, cayenne and parsley until well combined.
3. Melt some of the butter in a frypan and cook brussels sprouts cut side down until caramelised.
4. Serve with extra anchovy butter on the side for dipping.
