Cajun spiced basa served with a charred corn and capsicum salsa and coconut rice.

Ingredients

10 frozen I&J Basa Fillets, thawed
100g Cajun seasoning
850g mixed charred corn, roasted capsicum, red onion and cucumber salsa
1kg coconut rice

Instructions:

1. Lightly coat I&J Basa fillets in Cajun seasoning. Panfry until fully cooked.

2. Serve fish with salsa and coconut rice.
