Buffalo Chicken Loaded Sidewinders

A sweet and spicy sauce, bacon, shredded chicken and melted cheese smothered over the ultimate chips for loading - sidewinders!
Instructions:
Step 1
Combine butter, chilli sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a saucepan, bring to the boil. Leave to cool.
Step 2
Cook bacon until crisp.
Step 3
Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.
Step 4
Mix chicken, buffalo sauce and half the spring onions. Pour over chips and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and golden.
Step 5
Sprinkle over bacon and remaining spring onions.
