A vegetable-packed frittata slice for breakfast, or anytime of the day.
Instructions:
Step 1
Sauté bacon, frozen Edgell Onion and frozen Edgell Vegetables and transfer to a ½ gastronorm tray.
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients, season to taste and pour over vegetable mix.
Step 3
Cook in a commercial oven at 165°C for 45 minutes.
