Paprika roasted veggies are tossed through honey mustard quinoa and topped with a succulent barramundi burger.
Instructions:
Step 1
Cook frozen Topsail Barramundi Burgers following packet directions.
Step 2
Toss Edgell Chick Peas and vegetables in paprika. Roast until cooked and golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine cooked quinoa with roasted veggies and parsley.
Step 4
Drizzle roast veggie quinoa with dressing and top with barramundi burgers.
