Step 2
Cook frozen Edgell Peas following packet directions. Drain, add butter and mash.
Step 3
Cook frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Wedges following packet directions. Toss with rosemary and season to taste.
Step 4
Serve barramundi burgers with mushy peas, sweet potato wedges and tartare sauce.
