Refreshingly creamy, tangy and perfect on a warm day.
Instructions:
1. Purée Edgell Avocado, agave syrup and coconut milk until smooth.
2. Add lime juice and zest and process until smooth.
3. Transfer to a container and refrigerate overnight.
4. Process in ice cream machine following manufacturer instructions and freeze until service.
Tip: Use coconut milk sweetened with agave syrup for this recipe, NOT condensed milk.
