A crunchy slaw of cabbage, carrots, and herbs, topped with a crispy, plant-based schnitzel. It's dressed in a tangy, flavourful Asian-inspired sauce.

Ingredients

  • 10 frozen Chiko®: Chicken Schnitzel (Sandwich Size)

  • 450g julienne carrot

  • 450g finely shredded wombok

  • 550g shredded red cabbage

  • 60g mixed Asian herbs (Vietnamese mint, Thai basil)

  • 400g drained Edgell Corn Kernels Edgell®: Corn Kernels

  • 225g roasted chopped peanuts

  • 125g sliced spring onions

  • 325g vegetarian Asian style dressing, for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook Edgell Plant Based Schnitzels following packet directions. Slice.

2. Toss remaining ingredients together. Serve salad topped with plant based schnitzels.
