A bowl featuring tender riced cauliflower seasoned with fresh cilantro and lime juice, flame-roasted jalapeño corn, tender pork al pastor and topped with avocado slices.

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocados according to package instructions. Slice each avocado half into four slices. Reserve cold.
Step 2
Prepare riced cauliflower according to package instructions. Fold in cilantro and lime juice. Hold hot. Prepare corn and jalapeño blend according to package instructions. Hold hot.
Step 3
For each serving; place 3/4 cup of cauliflower rice in a bowl. Place 2/3 cup corn and jalapeño blend alongside cauliflower. Place 3 oz. of pork on other side of the bowl. Finish with 4 avocado slices.
