Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Combine the demi glace, apple cider, bay leaf and cinnamon stick in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer 20 minutes. Remove bay leaf and cinnamon stick. Hold warm.
Step 2
Prepare the Simplot SIDEWINDERS™ Fries according to package instructions.
Step 3
Place 8 oz. portion of fries on serving dish. Top with 3 fl. oz. of cider gravy, 2 oz. cheese curds, 4 oz. smoked brisket and garnish with 1/4 oz. sliced scallions.
