Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado spread according to package instructions.
Step 2
Halve the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in 4 oz. avocado spread and combine well. Place mixture into a piping bag and fill egg cavities. Hold chilled for service.
Step 3
For each board, artfully arrange 6 filled egg halves, a 3 oz. portion cup of avocado spread, 4 oz. smoked salmon, 4 split bagels, 4 oz. portion cup of cream cheese, 2 oz. pickled onion, 6 tomato slices, 2 oz. cucumber and 2 oz. radishes.
