GRILLED SMOKED SALMON HASH

Ingredients
Butter 8 oz
Simplot Skincredible Chunks 48 oz
Onion, diced 16 oz
Smoked Salmon, kippered 14 oz
Dill, fresh 1/2 oz
Heavy Cream 12 oz
Salt 2 tsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Recipe Method
  • Melt butter in large skillet.
  • Add potatoes and onions, saute until potatoes are soft.
  • Continue cooking until onions and potatoes are brown over medium-high heat.
  • Add cream to skillet, stirring until most of the cream is absorbed.
  • Mix in salmon, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook over low heat until remaining ingredients are warm.
  • Serve with poached egg nested in hash sauced with Hollandaise or Beurre Blanc sauce.
