| Recipe Method |
| Melt butter in large skillet.
Add potatoes and onions, saute until potatoes are soft.
Continue cooking until onions and potatoes are brown over medium-high heat.
Add cream to skillet, stirring until most of the cream is absorbed.
Mix in salmon, dill, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat until remaining ingredients are warm.
Serve with poached egg nested in hash sauced with Hollandaise or Beurre Blanc sauce. |
