| Prep Instructions |
- Thaw 17 to 20 hours under refrigeration in sealed bag to use in making guacamole.
- Thaw 5 to 7 hours for slicing or dicing. Slice halves while still "frosty" and use within 20 minutes.
- Once thawed, DO NOT REFREEZE.
